Dashboard Overview

Learn how to use the different metrics, graphs, and tables on your Dashboard to optimize your catalog and sales

Written by Dan Sugarman

The Dashboard provides a high-level view of your catalog performance across all connected sales channels. Use it to monitor revenue trends, identify catalog issues, track channel performance, and uncover growth opportunities.

Using Dashboard Filters

Dashboard filters apply globally across the page. Changing the date range or channel selection updates all KPIs, charts, tables, and projections.

  • Date Range: Controls the reporting period for all dashboard metrics.

  • Channel: Limits data to specific marketplace(s) or storefront(s).

Key Performance Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find several summary metrics that provide a quick snapshot of your business performance.

  • Total Sales — Displays total GMV generated during the selected date range. Use this metric to track overall revenue performance and growth trends.

    • The percentage shown in green indicates growth compared to the previous equivalent period.

  • Buyable Listing % — Displays the percentage of listings that are currently buyable across your connected channels. A listing is considered buyable when customers can successfully purchase it on the marketplace.

  • Sales Mix Score — The Sales Mix Score measures how diversified your sales are across channels. A higher score typically indicates sales are distributed across multiple channels rather than concentrated in a single marketplace. [Learn more]

  • Orders Need Attention — Displays the number of orders requiring action. [Learn more]
