Using Dashboard Filters
Dashboard filters apply globally across the page. Changing the date range or channel selection updates all KPIs, charts, tables, and projections.
Date Range: Controls the reporting period for all dashboard metrics.
Channel: Limits data to specific marketplace(s) or storefront(s).
Key Performance Metrics
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find several summary metrics that provide a quick snapshot of your business performance.
Total Sales — Displays total GMV generated during the selected date range. Use this metric to track overall revenue performance and growth trends.
The percentage shown in green indicates growth compared to the previous equivalent period.
Buyable Listing % — Displays the percentage of listings that are currently buyable across your connected channels. A listing is considered buyable when customers can successfully purchase it on the marketplace.
Sales Mix Score — The Sales Mix Score measures how diversified your sales are across channels. A higher score typically indicates sales are distributed across multiple channels rather than concentrated in a single marketplace. [Learn more]
Orders Need Attention — Displays the number of orders requiring action. [Learn more]

Why can't I see some sales data on the Dashboard?
Dashboard visibility is controlled by user permissions. If sales data, storefronts, or reports are missing, verify your filters and contact your administrator to confirm access.
Why doesn't the Dashboard match my marketplace's reported sales exactly?
