Orders made in Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and BigCommerce must be refunded on these channels directly. 

For orders made on Jet, Walmart, Facebook, and Google, you can issue a refund for these orders in Zentail itself.

Issue a refund/return directly on the channel

*Refunds made in Zentail for the above channels will not be issued twice.  If you issue refund in Zentail for an order placed in one of the above channels, then this information will reflect simply for analytics purposes in Zentail.

  • Jet
  • Facebook
  • Google

Special note: Jet does not show status changes, i.e. the status of an order may not change from refund requested to refund completed after the refund is processed.
