A breakdown of where to issue a refund or process a return based on the marketplace where the order was made

Orders made in Amazon, eBay, Shopify and BigCommerce must be refunded on these channels directly. 

For orders made on Walmart, Facebook and Google, it's recommended that you process refunds in Zentail.

Here is a bulleted breakdown:

Issue a refund/return directly on the channel:

  • Amazon

  • eBay

  • Shopify

  • BigCommerce

*Refunds made in Zentail for the above channels will not be issued twice.  If you issue refund in Zentail for an order placed in one of the above channels, then this information will reflect simply for analytics purposes in Zentail.
