There are a few reasons why you may want to verify the ship to address of an order on Zentail: perhaps the customer provided an address that is not accepted by FBA or ShipStation and you are receiving an error message, or perhaps they entered their address in "Line 2" instead of "Line 1". To view or edit the ship to address for an order, please follow these steps:
- On your Orders page on Zentail, select the order
- Click on the "Ship To" Name, select Edit
*Note: you will only be able to Edit orders that have not shipped yet
- View the Ship To address, make any necessary changes or edits
- If you made any changes, click Submit to save your edits!
