Let's say an order was marked shipped by mistake, or the order needs to be cancelled. Or, what if you need to change the tracking number on an order before the order ships?
In this case, it's best to use the Reset to Pending functionality in Zentail.
To reset an order:
Click on the order.
In the right sidebar, click on the three-vertical dot icon
3. Click on the option that reads "Reset to Pending"
Need to Edit a Tracking Number or Service Level?
If you only need to update a tracking number or service level on a shipped order, you do not need to reset the order to pending. You can edit these details directly from the order:
Click on the order.
Scroll down to the Packages section and locate the package you want to update.
Click the Edit button on the package.
In the Edit Tracking Number modal, update the Carrier, Service Level, and/or Tracking Number as needed.
Click Submit to save your changes.
Note: Subsequent tracking numbers edited this way will not be sent to the channel.
