You can sell a certified refurbished product on your Zentail sales channels by following the steps below.
Include "Renewed" in the title as required by Amazon.
Set the Condition to "Refurbished".
Enable Certified Refurbished for Amazon using either the Amazon Advanced Options, QuickEdit, or Import / Export.
That's it! The Certified Refurbished toggle for Amazon sends a condition of "New" to Amazon, provided that Renewed is in the title, while sending a condition of "Refurbished" to other channels (assuming that's what's set).
Amazon will notice that the listings are identical, but one is Renewed (certified refurbished). By noticing this, they can link the listings as outlined in the screenshot below.

It must be a value from the enumeration.
