Custom Order Channels

You can create custom channels that Zentail does not directly integrate with. These custom channels can be used for manual and API orders.

By default, you have a custom store on your Zentail account. Here's how to edit the name of a custom store:

  1. Go to the Integration Settings page.

  2. Click Custom Order Channels.

  3. Scroll down to the Custom Store, edit the value and click UPDATE INTEGRATION.

To create a custom store:

  1. Go to the Integration Settings page.

  2. Click Custom Order Channels.

  3. In the Add New Custom Channel section, enter the Channel name and click CREATE.

Note: If you are using a shipping software, such as ShipStation, please be sure to add the store ID both in ShipStation and on your ShipStation integration page in Zentail by clicking sync stores.
