In order for Brands to appear in the "Brands" portion of your BigCommerce Store, they need to exist in two places:
In the Brands section of any SKU set to List to BigCommerce
In your Zentail Brand Registry
Adding the Brand to your SKU
To add a Brand to your SKU, you can edit this through the User Interface (UI) or by using the Import / Export feature.
To edit the Brand through the UI:
From your Catalog on Zentail, select the SKU under this Brand
Select Edit and then navigate the the Brand field
- The Brand field is under the General Info tab.
- If this is part of a product group, you may need to select the Product Group Attribtues tab first, and then find the Brand fieldAdd or edit the Brand value.
Selec the 'check mark' icon to save your changes!

Adding Brands to your Brand Registry
There are two ways you can add a brand to your Brand Registry on Zentail. The first way is through your Account Settings page on Zentail and accessing the Brand Management tab. This allows you to manually add or remove any Brands to your Registry.
Using the Brand Management feature
Navigate to the Account Settings page on Zentail
Select the Vendor / Brand Management tab > Brands
Use the tool to add a Brand to your registry. To remove a brand, simply click the 'X' icon next to the existing brand.
All changes are saved automatically.
Adding Brands while editing a SKU
From your Catalog on Zentail, select the SKU under this Brand
Select Edit and then navigate the the Brand field
If this Brand is not yet included in your Brand registry, you will see a notification that reads: "[Brand] is not in your account's brand registry, click here to add it"
Click the link "click here to add it" and this Brand will be saved as part of your Brand Registry.
