This mapping shows "Magento Status" => "Zentail Status":

  • "new" => "PENDING_PAYMENT"

  • "pending_payment" => "PENDING_PAYMENT"

  • "holded" => "PENDING_PAYMENT"

  • "payment_review" => "PENDING_PAYMENT"

  • "processing" => "PENDING"

  • "complete" => "SHIPPED"

  • "closed" => "REFUNDED"

  • "canceled" => "CANCELLED"
