When you see this eBay error on a SKU in Zentail, it means one of two things.

1. The Zentail attribute 'Product Type' is not filled in.

'Product Type' is a specific attribute in Zentail that eBay requires in order to list on their channel. This can be found by navigating to your Catalog > filling out 'Product Type'

If for some reason you can not find the attribute 'Product Type' in your catalog, don't worry! You can always 'Add Attribute' at any time like this.

Note: For those of you who prefer to look at a quickedit link, it can be found here.

2. The eBay Category is outdated and needs to be changed to match an updated Category from eBay.

Sometimes eBay will create new pathways to categories and the one that Zentail is sending is no longer valid. When this happens, our clue is that 'Product Type is filled in, but the error is still present.

Search in ebay.com for an item similar to the SKU you are attempting to list. Oftentimes, we can see the valid category by directly comparing another listing.

We can use this eBay category and change the category in Zentail to match.

After all is said and done, run an update and push for eBay and you should be good to go!
