Adding a Zentail account to your Shopify account gives Zentails Support staff more visibility into your integration. This is not mandatory, but it can significantly reduce troubleshooting time.

To add a new user, click the "Settings" gear icon at the bottom left of your Shopify page, then click on "Plan and Permissions"

Then, click "Add Staff Account":

The first and last names are not important, but the email you need to enter is "[email protected]" and check the box that allows the account full permissions:

Finally, click "Send Invite".
