Install the Zentail app via the BigCommerce Marketplace
IMPORTANT! Log in to Zentail first
1. Log into Zentail
2. Navigate to the Zentail App in the BigCommerce Marketplace
3. Click GET THIS APP
4. You may see this screen. Log in to your BigCommerce store if you do.
5. Click Install. (If you already have the app and are re-connecting, click Uninstall and then click Install)
It will say Update instead of Install if you already have an app connected.
If this button is not there or appears to do nothing, it is likely a permissions issue with your account on BigCommerce, please make sure you get the appropriate permissions or have the Store Owner perform this process.
6. Click Confirm.
7. Click the "Continue to Zentail" button to finish the installation process in Zentail

Important Considerations
BigCommerce shares throttling limits among all the apps on your store. If at any point updates are not flowing between BigCommerce and Zentail it may be due to your API limits in BigCommerce.
