Overview

This article explains how to enter and manage the Label Image (labelImage) attribute in Zentail for Walmart listings.

Walmart requires this field for certain Product Types. If the attribute is missing, you’ll see the following error:

labelImage` is a required attribute. Enter value for the attribute `labelImage`.

To resolve this, you’ll need to provide two pieces of information:

  1. A valid Label Image URL

  2. A selected value for Label Image Contains

This guide walks you through the exact steps to fill these in.

How to fill in Label Image URL

Label Image requires two separate unique attributes: Label Image Url and Label Image Contains. To view and manage these attributes via QuickEdit:

  1. Click on the following link to quickedit. [Link Here]

  2. Filter for the SKU you want to edit

  3. Choose an image you want to use for the URL. This eye icon will show you the Zentail URL of the image. It should look something like this.
    https://images.zentail.com/1011/d88e2104114e520ac1e3856f4591b44ec590b4e4f58778fe511c8b973d936388.jpg

  4. Copy the URL, and paste here.

  5. Add one of the select values from the drop-down menu for Label Image Contains

Still Seeing the Error?

Try the following:

  • Refresh the SKU page and confirm the values saved properly.

  • Make sure your Product Type actually requires a label image.

  • Contact Zentail Support if the error persists after updating both fields.
