When creating a new listing on Walmart, you may receive the following message:
Error Message: The system did not find an item with the provided SKU and ship node. Please verify the SKU and ship node values are valid in Walmart systems, complete the item setup process, or reattempt the item setup request. If the issue persists, contact the support team at https://sellerhelp.walmart.com/s/.
This error occurs when:
Walmart receives new data but hasn't fully processed it yet. It will typically resolve itself within 24 hours.
Shipping weight or package weight are missing.
Other data is missing that is essential to list successfully.
