Using FBA to Fulfill Walmart Orders

This article describes why you should not use FBA to fulfill Walmart Orders and how to disable it in Zentail.

Walmart is strictly enforcing against the use of FBA to fulfill Walmart Orders. If you currently use FBA to fulfill all orders we recommend you use one of many 3PL's that integrates with Zentail.

To prevent Walmart orders from being routed to FBA please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your Account Settings page

  2. Click on your "FBA" warehouse

  3. Scroll down to "Warehouse Channel Overrides"

  4. Toggle the Walmart Option to Disable
