If you have not already applied:

Complete this form which injects your request directly into Walmart's system as a Zentail seller.

If you have already applied and been accepted with another integration partner:

If you do not yet have access to your Walmart Seller Center portal, please contact us at Zentail through chat or email ([email protected]).


If you already have access to your Walmart Seller Center portal:

  1. Login to your Walmart Seller portal.
  2. Click the "?" icon at the top of the page => Click "Contact Partner Support".
  3. Create a new case to let Walmart know that you are working with Zentail.

If you have already applied and been accepted for direct (manual) connection:

If you do not yet have access to your Walmart Seller Center portal, please contact us at Zentail through chat or email ([email protected]).

If you already have access to your Walmart Seller Center portal:

  1. Login to your Walmart Seller portal.
  2. Click the "?" icon at the top of the page => Click "Contact Partner Support".
