Google will not allow you to start advertising using Google Shopping until you verify and claim your webstore's URL.

Log into your <a href="https://www.google.com/retail/merchant-center/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google Merchant Center</a> account.

Click Settings - the wrench icon towards the top right.

Select the Website tab at the top.

Follow the instructions (HTML or Alternate method).

You will also want to complete the About your business section.

1. Log into your <a href="https://www.google.com/retail/merchant-center/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google Merchant Center</a> account.
2. Click Settings - the wrench icon towards the top right.
3. Select Business Information
4. Select the Website tab at the top.
5. Follow the instructions (HTML or Alternate method).
6. Click Verify &amp; Claim.
7. You will also want to complete the About your business section.
