This error is coming directly from eBay. When you start selling on eBay, you need to select an automatic payment method for your selling fees. In this case, eBay is preventing you from listing until credit card information is provided in your My eBay account.

To resolve this error, please log into your eBay account and add an automatic payment method for your eBay selling fees.

How To Change your Automatic Payment Method on ebay

  1. Go to My eBay.

  2. Click the Account tab.

  3. In the Payment methods for Seller Fees section, click the Change automatic payment method link and then make your selection.

  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
