How to Set SKUs to List in Bulk with a Templateless Import

Prepare a .csv spreadsheet file with Column A being “SKU” and subsequent columns being the channels you want to list to with this format: “<Integration Label> (<Integration Name>) Listed”. It should look like this:

  1. Enter the SKU values you want to list in Column A.

  2. To list a SKU to a channel enter a "1", "TRUE" or "t" in the corresponding cell.

  3. If you do not want to list a SKU, enter a 0, "FALSE", "f", or leave it blank.

  4. Save your file in .csv format.

  5. Navigate to the “Import” tab in the Zentail Navigation bar and then select “Templateless Data Import”.

  6. Click the “Upload File” button to upload your .csv file.

7. Once you select the file, click “Next Step”, where your import will be previewed and validated. The preview will show you the first 10 lines of the import, and the validation will show you how many SKUs are being updated as a result of the import, as well as Header, File Structure, and Type validation. If there are any errors they will show on the right hand side, and you can fix them in your .csv file and click “reupload file”.

8. Click “Import” to begin the import.

How to Set SKUs to List in Bulk with a pre-built template Import

Navigate to one of your pre-built templates and click the download icon to download the template with only the header. See how to create new templates here

  1. Open the spreadsheet and fill in the SKUs along with their listed value (true, 1, TRUE, false, 0, FALSE).

  2. Save the file in .csv format.

  3. Navigate back to the Import screen, and select the template you downloaded (or select Templateless Product Data Import -- either would work).

  4. Click the “Upload File” button to upload your .csv.

  5. Click “Import” to begin the import.

  6. Once you select the file, click “Next Step”, where your import will be previewed and validated. The preview will show you the first 10 lines of the import, and the validation will show you how many SKUs are being updated as a result of the import, as well as Header, File Structure, and Type validation. If there are any errors they will show up on the right hand side.

Once the report is uploaded, verify that the SKUs are listed by viewing your catalog page.
