QuickEdit shows your catalog as a spreadsheet you can edit in place. Open it from Catalog > QuickEdit. Links to QuickEdit from Listing Prep, Listing Status and older help articles still work.

Find the Products You Want
Everything sits in one toolbar across the top of the grid.
Search products finds a product by SKU or title.
Filters opens the filter strip. It starts closed. Use it to narrow by channel or product type, or to show only products Listed on channel.
Filter by issue switches between All rows and With errors. A filter chip shows each filter you've set. Click its x to remove it, or Reset to clear them all.
Columns opens Choose columns. Search your fields, add the ones you want, and reorder them. Click Apply when you're done.
To filter on one column, click the filter button in its header. Common filters include Is blank, Contains, Less than and Greater than. Between has an inclusive checkbox: tick it to include the two numbers you typed.
Advanced filter shows your filters written out in ZQL, Zentail's filter language. Filters combine with AND by default. You can change that to OR here.
Product groups
Variants are grouped under their product group by default. Most attributes, such as the title, are shared by every variant in a group. Edit those on the group row, and the change applies to every variant. To see the variants, expand the group. Turn grouping off under Group to see every SKU as its own row.
Scrolling
There are no pages. More rows load as you scroll down. Products are sorted by 30-day sales, best sellers first. Click any column header to sort by it instead.
Click a product's thumbnail to open it in the catalog editor.
Edit a Value
Click any cell to open the editor panel beside it. A lock icon means the value can't be edited here, for example a SKU, or the quantity of an alias SKU.
Type or pick the new value under Edit value. A field with a fixed list of values shows them as a dropdown.
Check Where this save goes. Catalog · all channels changes your catalog value, which every channel uses. Pick one channel instead to change only what that channel receives.
Read What this save reaches. It tells you whether the save changes one SKU or every SKU in the product group.
Click Save, or Cancel to close without changing anything.
Zentail checks every save
After you save, Zentail reads the value back to confirm it landed. A cell that saved shows Saved. If the value didn't land, the cell shows Not saved. The field still holds its previous value. Edit it again, or reload the page to see the current value.
The old QuickEdit could say a value was saved when nothing had been written. This check fixes that, so you may now see Not saved where you didn't before.
There is no undo after you save a cell. To go back, edit the cell again with the old value.
Edit many products at once
Tick the products you want, then edit a cell on one of them. The editor offers Save to all the selected products. Zentail writes the same value to each one. This can't be undone. To revert, edit the products again.
Save and Share Views
A view is a set of columns, filters and a sort that you can come back to. Saved views are shared with everyone on your account. Anything you save, rename or delete changes it for your whole team. The menu lists them under Account views.
When you change the current view, its name shows Edited. From the views menu you can then:
Save as new saves your changes as a new view, under a name you choose.
Overwrite replaces the saved view with your changes, for everyone on the account.
Rename changes the view's name for everyone.
Delete removes the view for everyone. Zentail asks you to confirm first.
The menu lists the 15 views most recently used by anyone on your account, in alphabetical order. Use Load other view to search every saved view.
Zentail defaults are the views Zentail provides, such as Pricing and Inventory. They can't be overwritten, renamed or deleted. To change one, edit it and use Save as new.
Fix Marketplace Errors
When a marketplace rejects a value, the error shows in the grid where you can fix it.
An error on one field marks that cell. Click the cell to see the marketplace's message under Marketplace errors, then fix the value in the same panel.
An error with no single field shows as a badge on the product. Click it to open the product's row errors.
To see only products with errors, set Filter by issue to With errors. Pick a channel under Channels to see that channel's errors only. For more on errors, see Understanding, Managing, and Fixing Errors.
Export or Run a Bulk Action
The Actions menu in the toolbar has two options:
Export exports the view to a .csv file. It keeps your filters but is sorted by SKU. Download it from Import / Export > Previous Exports, or click Open exports.
Create bulk action opens the Bulk Actions page with these products, so you can change them all in one run. See Bulk Actions and Automation Rules, and Using QuickEdit to Initiate Bulk Actions for examples.
If you've ticked products, Apply to lets you choose between the products you selected and everything in the current view.
AI Attribute Suggestions
Zentail AI can suggest values for attributes your listings are missing. Suggestions appear only after Zentail has generated them for your account, so not every cell will have one.
A cell with a suggestion shows a sparkle and the suggested value. Column headers with suggestions are marked too.
Set Filter by issue to With suggestions to see only products that have one.
Click the cell to see Zentail AI suggests in the editor. It also tells you how far the write reaches: one SKU, a channel listing, or the whole product group.
Click Accept to use the suggestion, or Dismiss so it isn't offered again.
To accept suggestions on many products, tick them and click Accept. Zentail opens Review before accepting, which lists every value it will write. Drop anything you're unsure about. Dropping is free. Once you confirm, the values are written and can't be undone.
What's Changed from the Old QuickEdit view
If you used the old QuickEdit, here's what's different:
Product groups. Variants are grouped under their product group by default. Edit shared attributes once on the group row.
Edit many products at once. Tick products and save one value to all of them.
Every save is checked. Each cell shows Saved or Not saved, so you know right away whether your edit landed.
Marketplace errors in the grid. See a marketplace's error on the cell or product it affects, and fix it in the same place.
AI attribute suggestions. Review and accept suggested values for missing attributes, one at a time or in bulk.
Clearer editing. The editor panel shows where a save goes (catalog or one channel) and how far it reaches (one SKU or the whole product group), so channel overrides are easier to set.
Continuous scrolling. There are no pages. Rows load as you scroll, with best sellers first.
Quicker bulk actions. Use the Actions menu to export a view or start a bulk action on selected products or the whole view.
Some controls have moved or changed. Refresh Table is gone. Reload the page instead. Viewing More is now Load other view.
