Amazon recently introduced Item Highlights, and Zentail now supports this attribute. This article explains what it is, where to find it, and how it's used when publishing to Amazon.
What is Item Highlights?
Item Highlights is an Amazon listing field for capturing a product's key features and main selling points in a structured format. Amazon introduced this attribute to provide additional structured product information on Amazon listings. It is an Amazon-specific feature— you won't see an equivalent field on every sales channel.
Where to find it in Zentail
The Item Highlights section appears in the item editor when you create or edit a product.
How it works with your listings
Zentail is the source of truth for your Amazon listing content. We recommend updating Item Highlights in Zentail rather than Amazon Seller Central. Changes made directly in Seller Central may be overwritten the next time Zentail updates your listing.
Note: Item Highlights is an Amazon-only attribute. Values entered in this field are only included when publishing or updating Amazon listings. Other sales channels use their own fields for key features and selling points.
