If there are orders from any of your sales channels like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target Plus, Shopify or BigCommerce not going into a shipping, inventor or 3PL integration like ShipStation, Shiprush, SkuVault, Veeqo or ShipBob, it could be a broken API connection.
This usually happens if API credentials (tokens) expire or are otherwise revoked which can happen for a variety of reasons. The most common way to fix this problem is to reauthorize the integration. If the orders are not in Zentail it means the issue with the connection to the marketplace, in this case reauthorize the marketplace integration. If the orders are in Zentail, please reauthorize the shipping, inventory or 3PL integration.
